Raised in Eureka, Illinois, Justin attended the University of Illinois earning bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Administration (Marketing). His career began with a commodity trading internship at Archer Daniels Midland. This sparked his passion for markets and led him to Chicago Trading Company (CTC) in 2008 where he spent 16 years as an options market maker across index, currency, and interest rates markets. 

At CTC, Justin honed his expertise across open outcry, order desk, and algorithmic electronic trading platforms, navigating high-stakes environments through major macroeconomic events like the Global Financial Crisis, the Flash Crash, Brexit, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Leveraging insights into liquidity, inventory, and macro risks, Justin executed high-impact trades and developed optimal risk management and exit strategies. He worked closely with software teams to enhance trading tools to improve the trading and risk management process. Justin joined Integral Trading in 2025 as a Risk Management Advisor and uses his expertise to help clients effectively manage their risk and efficiently structure and rebalance their portfolio. 

Justin and his wife Jen live in Germantown Hills, raising their two boys. He enjoys watching and coaching them in various sports, as well as golfing and woodworking.
